Training Terms And Conditions
Payment
: We will confirm all
booking details and venue details by post once
payment as been received. We accept payment by
cheque or by BACS transfer if required.
Course
bookings : Once a
course as been arranged and payment received the
delegate will receive all information regarding the
course via post or e-mail. Payment should be
received at least five working days before the
course date.
Cancellation of course :
We have yet to cancel
any courses on our behalf. In the event of extreme
circumstances (i.e. extreme weather) and we are
unable to attend the course a full refund will be
made available.
Cancellations :
In the event of a candidate being unable to attend a
course on their chosen date we will move them to the
next available space if we are notified within 14
days of the course date. If notified 21 days prior
to the course date a full refund will be made
available.
No
appearance : In the
event that the candidate does not show on the date
of the course we regret that no refund will be made
available.
Venue :
We may change our
venue site to a nearby location for reasons out of
our control. You will be notified at least seven
days prior to the course date.
